My country is Turkey. The best way of describing Turkey is that. Turkey is three sided with the sea. Turkey looks like European cities. Turkey’s geographic position looks like a bridge, because Turkey connects Europe to Asia. Turkey has a wonderful history; Turkish people won a lot of war. Turkey’s capital city was Istanbul, but now it is Ankara in the middle of Turkey.
My best city is Izmir in Turkey. Before Turkish people lived in Izmir, during the war time then the Greece took over our people. But we took Izmir again during the warm time again and all the Greece’s left. Now you can see the Greece buildings in Izmir, we didn’t break them down. On the contrary, we saved the buildings. Izmir’s symbol is a big Clock Tower. The Clock Tower has a lot of pigeons and seagulls around it. All the tourists first come to Izmir, because they want to see the magical buildings, Izmir’s beaches and try Turkish food too.
Istanbul is very popular too. It has very old magical buildings. Istanbul connects the Asian Turkey side to Europe Turkey side. Istanbul has three big bridges, wonderful muscles. Capital city is Ankara, middle of the Turkey.
The color of my country’s flag is red, because it stands for blood. We lost a lot of people fighting for this country. Turkey has had a lot of casualties on Turkish ground. Turkey has the army does a good job protecting Turkish border.
