Our group has decided macaroni tomato chicken soup with vegetables for the children lunch. The reason why we chose this meal is because; all the ingredients used are very nutritious and will also benefit the children healthy. Now we will first talk about the ingredients been used and followed by the utensils being used.
Macaroni is part of the pasta family therefore, it is primarily a carbohydrate-based food; we are able to get plenty of energy from eating it.  Macaroni is also typically very low in overall sodium and cholesterol content and will be a good source of folic acid.
In addition to this, we are also going to get plenty of B-vitamins from pasta as well, so that’s another nutritional benefit from including this in our day.
Next will be the chicken soup, the first important ingredient will definitely be the chicken. For a healthy choice, we choose chicken breast to be specific. Chicken provides the complete protein we require daily and of all meats, it is one of the lowest in calories, fat and saturated fat. Removing the skin can reduce the fat content of a chicken even further. Of all the parts of a chicken, chicken breast has the lowest cholesterol of the entire bird at around 62mg/100g.For nutrition fact, chicken is extremely dense in nutrients, including protein, zinc, iron, phosphorous, riboflavin, thiamin and niacin.
Besides chicken, we also have celery, peas, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and ginger.
Why Celery is Good To Eat:
* Celery provides an excellent source of vitamin C and fiber.  It is a very good source of folic acid, potassium, and vitamins B1 and B6.  Celery also offers a good source of vitamin B2 and calcium.
* Studies have also shown that celery may help to lower cholesterol and prevent cancer by improving detoxification.
