HIGHLY EFFECTIVE: Most performance objectives exceed expectations. Employee has an impact and increases business. The employee makes notable contributions to the department.
EFFECTIVE: Performance is competent and is right at level of expectations for job. Makes a partial contribution to the department.
IMPROVEMENT REQUIRED: Performance is below expectations on a few of job requirements and responsibilities. A performance improvement plan should be implemented.
UNSATISFACTORY: Performance is below expectations on several critical job requirements and responsibilities. If there is no improvement probation will be necessary. A performance improvement plan must be in place immediately.
