THE MEANING OF DREAMS

Some of the most common dreams that people have are chase dreams, falling dreams, flying dreams, naked dreams, lost dreams, teeth dreams, exam dreams, dreams of death, dreams about houses, sex dreams, dreams of new talents, war dreams, and water dreams.
Dreams occur in the REM sleep stage. An individual can dream the first time the person enters REM sleep but usually doesn’t. A person can tell when another person is in REM sleep by the rapid eye movements and sometimes the person flinching. REM sleep can last from five to ten minutes and then moves on to the other three stages of sleep. Once those three stages of sleep have gone through their cycles of sleep then the second REM sleep occurs is usually when the person first experiences dreams. A person can have up to 5 different dreams a night. Some people report not ever having dreams but every person has dreams it’s just that the person reporting it doesn’t remember them. A person has to wake up during the dream in order to remember them. And often if a person is woken during the dream then it is often hard for the person to fall back to sleep.
If an individual does not get the proper amount of sleep every night, and/or is taking medication, then the individual often doesn’t go through the proper cycles and for the proper amount of time. And often the individual wakens not feeling refreshed and still “half asleep”. This could interfere with the dreaming part of your sleep and make the person have “off the wall” type dreams. The dreams will often start as one part of a dream then suddenly jump to a totally different dream in a totally different setting.
Meaning of chase dreams. Chase dreams are reported being he most common dream. Chase dreams are frightening because we believe they are real at the time. We are scared in the dream and therefore we respond as we would when we are awake to something dangerous chasing us. The rational part of our brain is not active...
