Key administrators have given a directive to Instruction Specialist to create a precise curriculum for each subject content area. The importance this research is to design a mathematics curriculum that meets SACS accreditation; to provide a curriculum that directs classroom instruction; to provide quarterly assessments that connects with the modified curriculum expectation, and to direct teachers with clear curriculum objectives. The design of a comprehensive curriculum will affect the organization on a large scale from administrators, classroom teachers, teachers, and parents. My study will provide the framework of comprehensive curriculums packages and will give direction to institutions that is in the development phase of their school programs.
