MICROSOFT OFFICE Microsoft office is probably the most used software in the entire country. Three of the most used type’s software in Microsoft office is word, excel, and power point. These three types of programs you will find in almost every home or work place in the country. There may be many reasons as to why they are the most used, but I am only going to tell you what is the difficulty of each one and witch one is easier to use. Let’s start with Microsoft word, this program is self installed when you install Microsoft office it comes with both the standard version and the professional version. Installation is probably the easiest thing to do, you simply insert the office disk and click install. When it comes to using word just about everything you need is at a click of a button and it is not that hard to figure out. Word self corrects spelling and grammar for you just by going to the review tab at the top of the screen. Also in the review tab is a thesaurus and a translate button with will help you look up other words to make yourself sound more educated. With Microsoft word it’s like you don’t even have to be smart it does everything for you. Just like Microsoft word, Microsoft excel is installed when you insert your Microsoft Office disk in to your computer. There are no special programs that you have to buy in order to make it work properly. The best thing about Excel is that anyone no matter how much computer knowledge you have you can create a work sheet within a few seconds without a whole lot of training on how is works. The program is designed to be able to teach yourself how to operate. If you need to use some of the other more advanced applications in excel then you will definitely need to either take a class or have someone who knows how to use it teach you.
