The goals should be assigned yearly. Employees will have the opportunities to discuss the goalsquarterly so they may have the opportunity to track their progression throughout the phrase. Employees will be open to address issues that may be hindering them from obtaining their goals. This process will be done privately because of the embarrassmentan employees may feel when they express their limitation for which they cannot obtain their goals. Placing goals in a company or business will motivate employees tremendously. Communication is another way to motivate employees. Communication would be effective because it will give the employees the insurance that they are being heard. Employees will have the opportunity to express their concerns openly. The concerns can be either positive or negative. Supervisors will examine concerns in a timely manner. Good communication in a company or business will be an effective way in motivated employees. Ways to Satisfied Employees Increasing Employee Performance According to the University of Texas, strategies for rewarding employee’s performance include both non-financial and financial mechanism. On the financial equation, praise recognition from supervisors or from anyone in authority. Praise recognition willmotivate the employee to give one hundred percents. Next challenging new work assignments this will be available to reward employees for their outstanding work performance on previous assignments. Finally professional growth and developmental opportunity, this will consist of continuing education. Continuing education will allow the employee to obtain knowledge.
