Abstract


The American Red Cross provides international humanitarian aid; and supports military members and their families. The American Red Cross is led by volunteers and is a humanitarian organization that shelters, feeds, and provides emotional support to victims of disasters, supplies nearly half of the nation's blood, provides humanitarian aid, and supports military members and their families, Not only but also the rescue of others. American Red Cross educates communities by teaching lifesaving skills. American Red Cross was founded in 1881 by Clara Barton. Since then, American Red Cross has been the nation's number one emergency response organization. The Red Cross is not a government agency; it relies on donations of time, money, and blood to do its work. Over the years, the organization has expanded its services, always with the aim of preventing and relieving suffering. In this paper our team will be discussing three different internal and external factors are Innovation, Globalization, and Diversity, and how they affect the four functions of management (Planning, Organizing, Leading and, Controlling in the American Red Cross organization.
