The problem facing the $8 billion dollar institution and industrial cleaning and sanitation industry is that it is always changing. The rules and regulations are at a constant change. With the environment, legal, ethical, and safety issues constantly evolving the clients of these business are asking for more than just the quickest cleaner or the best germ fighter. With new discoveries of better ways to clean and sanitize and the rules and regulations changing along with them any industrial sanitation company will need to change with them.
InterClean Inc. has made a big step into taking their business further towards developing into a full service solution packages, tailored to their clients’ needs. The goal of becoming the first sanitation company to introduce an all inclusive service provider that will be tailored to the needs of their clients would pole vault them to the top of their business. What needs to happen is to retrain the sales staff to provide a more solution based sales and to get their sales staff licensed. The legal team will need to go through some training to make sure they are up to date on requirements. The human resource team will need to determine who has what skills and who needs additional training. The marketing team will be launching a media blitz in 90 to 180 days and InterClean Inc. employees need to be ready.
