Williams University of Phoenix Table of Contents Chapter 1: Introduction Chapter III: Data Analysis Chapter IV: Results Chapter V: Conclusions and Recommendations Executive Summary USA World Bank (UWB), a major financial institution would like to increase their profitability and grow their market share. UWB only has resources to introduce one new product. This has caused a problem because the company has two new products that could potentially increase their profits and grow their market share. One product would be for their consumers, which is a program similar to a frequent flier program. The customers would earn rewards based off their spending. The other product would be for UWB’s small business owners. This product would give the small businesses the opportunity to purchase capital items, by increasing their credit line up to $200,000. There has been some discussion about both products, but UWB has to decide which is going to be the better product to implement. The consumer group and the small business group have both conducted customer surveys to determine the need for each product. The consumer group hired an outside firm to perform their analysis and the small business group created focus groups to conduct their research in-house. In addition to considering the two new products, UWB has considered implementing a customer relationship management system and they have made comparisons to Citigroup, a leading financial institution to determine how they can increase their revenue and market share. UWB used statistical testing to determine which product would be best to implement. After careful review of the ANOVA tables UWB was able to conclude the likelihood of purchases would increase based on the top benefits, two, and three benefits.
