Introduction
Operating the organization in different markets and expansion of the organization through internationalization is the current trend in most of the industries. The process of entering to the overseas market and internationalization can be defined as (Cateora and Ghauri, 2000, p.42) “is taken to mean any form of transaction by an enterprise outside it’s national boundaries, in which assets, rights or goods are transferred and there is some counting de facto control over the use of these and, or complimentary indigenous resources”. Anderson & Gatingnon (1988) argue that going global helps organization to operate on larger market base, where large market base is directly proportional to the strong demand and more revenue generation.
