Synthesis essay
People argue that technology has taken over the lives of this generation. Technology has taken a turn for the worse because now more teachers are leaning towards computers instead of textbooks which causes the students’ minds to wander, children are staying inside rather than playing outside, and now people are always learning information from the internet instead of reading classic novels.
More and more teachers are starting to use the Internet as textbooks instead of actual textbooks. When teachers are trying to teach students a lesson on a technological device, the students have access to the whole Internet. From personal experience, when a teacher was trying to teach a lesson, it gets boring, so I would start to wander and go on other websites. Being on that other website would cause the student from listening to the teacher or actually doing the work. Then the student is confused on what to do and doesn’t learn anything from that lesson. Transitioning from textbooks to computers will not be as efficient in the learning process.

Doctors state that every child needs at least 60 minutes of outside activity a day. Most children wake up, go to school, come home, and go straight to their electronic device. It is not physically nor mentally healthy for a child to be on the Internet as much as children are in this day and age.
