Background of the Study
Educational institutions are complex organizations and the tasks of the educational managers that is the school heads are correspondingly numerous and intricate. Effective managing effects the organizations achievement of goals, superior-subordinate relationship. These educational managers are human leaders who posses their own personality traits which often determine their management style within the organization.
These school heads go beyond the development of a common vision. As school heads, they value the human resources of their organizations. They provide the environment that promotes individual contributions to the organization’s work. They possess traits that maintain collaborative relationships found during the development and adoption of the shared vision.
