0:13about differentiation personalized learning using technology.
0:19Fred wants to do what's best for his students but become stressed out when
0:22thinking about creating individualized lessons for all 30 students in each of
0:27his classes.
0:28He's also worried about how you will balance is already busy schedule
0:32between preparing lessons, attending pd, collaborating with peers and keeping
0:37parents and administrators informed about, what is happening in class.

0:45she assured him that this is not his burden alone and that the school will be
0:49there to help. The school will start by creating an action plan as a team with
0:54all stakeholders involved; Then professional development will be offered
0:58on differentiation and technology designed to personalize learning for
1:02teachers at the start of the year.
1:06Students will take the measures of academic progress for math test in a biannual basis at the beginning and end
1:12of the year.
1:13In conjunction with these results, teachers will also use their observations and other assessments done
1:19in class to create an individualized learning plan for each student.
1:26Mary says, "that the school will also create an advisory program that meets at the
1:30beginning and the end of the week in the morning. Fred will be able to meet with
1:34his advisory students and go over their individualized learning plan and help
1:39them see where they struggle, and then meet with teachers to help them
1:42come up with solutions
