1. how does water relate to dimensions of wellness ?

We use water in our daily life for cooking, bathing, cleaning, and flushing. Basically, the human being can’t live without water. Therefore, there are many elements and diminitions of wellness that effects water. those diminitions are physical, social, enviromental, emotional, spiritual occupational and, intellectual. First of all physucal wellness is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life without any physical stress. In odere for any person to maitain a healthy life style they must have access to clean water for daily use. People need not only to drink clean water but also for other usage such as showering and washing clothes and dishes. Some people think it is only important to drink clean water and don't pay attention for others things. For example, a person can get sick because of using unclear water for showering. Enviromental wellness is the ability to recognize the responsibility for the quality of the air, the water and the land that surrounds us. Water can be realted to environment because there are many changes recently that affects it. some of those issues are Pollution, over-exploitation of natural resources, damage to the aquatic ecosystems and, climate and global change. Emotional wellbeing is the ability to understand the value of emotions and useing them to move life forward in positive direction.There are many factors that can have a profound impact on a person’s emotional wellness , one of those factors is the water. Not having access to water will cause stress on people everyday besides that it will creat more health problems. Social Wellness is the ability to relate to and connect with other people in the world. Water issues can create conflicts between people. In poor countries people fight to get their daily need for water. Another issue that effects it is the companies that uses the water and leave the poor people without water such as in some areas in India. spiritual...
