What is love? Have a great affection or liking for; "I love French food"; "She loves her boss and works hard for him" Get pleasure from; "I love cooking" A deep feeling of sexual desire and attraction; "their love left them indifferent to their surroundings"; "she was his first love" Be enamoured or in love with; "She loves her husband deeply" Sleep together: have sexual intercourse with; "This student sleeps with everyone in her dorm"; "Adam knew Eve"; "Were you ever intimate with this man?" I decided to ask my friends first, what love for them is: Louis: “for the past 2 weeks I’ve only been thinking about her, nothing else.” Callie: “umm..Love is like when u know that you know that you would do absolutly ANYTHING for the other person and when u can be with them for any amount of time, and you can talk to them about anything so they’re like your best friend” Emma: “LOVE SUX DICK” then she changed her statment to “Love always lets you down .” Redis : “its complicated to me to explain” Love is a tricky emotion. Love is a positive feeling. If it is tainted by mistrust, jealousy, insecurity or spitefulness it is not really love but merely a pale copy. Love is the total surrender of your heart to another person with the security of knowing they will treat it better than you will. Love should feel good. It should not feel bad. Love should make you want to be a better person, it should not lead you to do something self destructive. Love is not demanding of your spirit but lifts it and makes it glow. Love is a good thing. Anything less is lust, deep friendship or attraction. So that makes us go back to our question ' what is love? “When someone loves you, the way they say your name is different.
