In terms of, remaining a successful company, InterClean, Inc needs to internally implement their new vision providing a full spectrum of cleaning services and solutions. EnviroTech has merged with InterClean. This merger will help in terms of being a strong competitor, and becoming the leader and innovator to the cleaning and sanitation industry.
The following is a plan that will strategically address the general needs of the sales team to consist of feedback, promotion opportunity, flexibility and lay the training and mentoring needs with budget constraints. Feedback will be given on a continual basis by means of surveys and annual appraisal. Feedback must be reliable, relatively frequent, and prompt. The feedback has to be reliable for the employees to enable the change of the behavior or plan in order to get everyone on the same page. Personal development and support will be offered to all employees. Development will not be restricted to just the employee’s job skills; it will include personal development by means of coaching, mentoring, shadowing, and distance learning. All other training expenditures must be approved, available and suitable for training. Promotions will be given per annual review. However, bonuses will be given throughout the year as sales quotas and goals are met. Educational opportunities (conferences, classes, e-learning, books, videos, workshops, and guides) are always welcomed to increase the skill set of the employee. Tuition reimbursement will be offered upon receiving a passable grade (nothing below a C).
The role of dual career parents is understood with the company therefore, we offer the opportunity to telecommute. Telecommuting will be offered to certain jobs that do not require being in the office. The sales positions will be able to telecommute as long as they adhere to the company policies and procedures.
