How can government make sure that everyone has access to good education?
Though educational reform undoubtedly occurred on a local level at various points throughout history, the modern notion of education reform is tied with the spread of Compulsory education - education reforms did not become widespread until after organized schooling was sufficiently systematized to be 'reformed.'
In the modern world, economic growth and the spread of democracy have raised the value of education and increased the importance of ensuring that all children and adults have access to high quality and effective education. Modern education reforms are increasingly driven by a growing understanding of what works in education and how to go about successfully improving teaching and learning in schools.
There are many very serious problems which do not allow to realize the possibility to have access to good education.. One of them - material question. the present cost for education has been rising higher and higher. However, not everyone has this possibility to pay such amount of money. People’s salary does not allow even to feed and to buy necessary things for a life. The state wishes to have the well-educated society, however does not give necessary conditions and possibilities to get good education. It is necessary to reduce cost, to give essential privileges, or to rise the salary.
In big cities there are enough schools and universities, however in village there is a great lack of schools. People from far villages have to go very far to bring the children to school, and it occupies many forces, time and money. The state should give all conditions for education, however a very few people do worry about it. And people try to solve their problems by themselves. Some people can overcome such difficulties, but some can’t.
At schools there are no teachers and textbooks, parents should buy them and to spend money on tutors. The level of teacher’s salary is...
