BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS

What specific behaviors will lead to successful completion of the project?

(a) Group members used behaviors such as discipline, effective communication, integrity, patience, perseverance, being professional, encouraging, understanding, respecting, and willingness (to pull your own weight, work together and meet deadlines) to describe the behaviors that will lead to successful completion of the project.

What behaviors threaten the project's completion?

(b) The behaviors that will threaten the completion of the group project are the exact opposite of the successful behaviors mentioned above (a). Such behaviors are being undisciplined, disrespectful and being unwilling (to pull your own weight, work together and meet deadlines).

How do you want others to describe the quality and quantity of your effort?

(c) The group would like for others to describe the quality of our efforts as being on point, and professional. Because everyone is striving to do their best in this class and on the group project, quality of efforts is of the utmost importance.

The group would like for others to describe the quantity of our efforts as being concise and efficient. If all members of our group apply the successful behaviors mentioned above in response (a), then we will accomplish our desired description from others of the quality and quantity of our efforts.

(d) The conflict resolution styles of group members are collaborating and compromising. The overall goal of the group is to handle conflict rationally and effectively to achieve our goal of producing the best final product.
