Being A Leader

With this a leader needs to know when it is time to lead and when it is time to follow. By doing this you will gain leadership traits from your superiors that can be taken and added to your base of moral values to improve upon your way as a leader. In the Marine Corps there are set leadership traits that, if upheld will and make you function properly as a leader and a Marine. Use these traits as a moral base for yourself and you will function properly as a leader in the Marine Corps.

To develop this you need to find out how to step out of the situation without any emotion at all make your decision.
