A very good morning to everyone. As for today, I would like to give my opinion on a suitable beverage for our club meeting. In my opinion, I would prefer hot chocolate rather than coffee or tea as a suitable beverage.
Before I proceed to the beverage of my choice, I would like to talk about coffee and tea. Drinking coffee is believed to give us more energy. As we know, coffee contains caffeine that can attribute to several negative effects on our health. A naturally occurring substance, caffeine is a stimulant in humans and is the most widely consumed drug in the world. Caffeine in moderation can be a great way to boost energy; however, overuse can have very serious health implications. Overuse of caffeine can result in sleep disorders, anxiety and even death. Caffeine can even cause panic attacks and phobic symptoms. Furthermore, coffee can be very addictive. This is also due to the caffeine contained in coffee. Coffee can have negative effects on people with high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat or other heart conditions. Pregnant women may have to avoid drinking coffee as it contains caffeine which can be harmful to the foetus.
As for tea, it is traditionally consumed by office workers and builders all day long. It warms you up, wakes you up and calms you down. However, tea also contains caffeine which can be slightly addictive. Tea is less addictive than coffee. There are various types of tea such as white tea and medicinal tea. Some examples of tea are Lipton, BOH and green tea. Tea contains caffeine a substance that stimulates the nerve center and accelerates metabolism. However, like I have just said earlier, consuming too much of caffeine can be harmful to our body. Besides that, there are some people who may have to avoid caffeine. At the same time, tea can also cause instable heart pulsations and blood pressure disorders in some people. Tea can also alleviate coughs and treat irritation.
