In this compensation and benefits plan team (A) will research compensation and benefits associated with the position of executive human resources director. Team (A) will write a compensation and benefits plan that include salary, bonus, 401K, and health care that meets the needs of the employer and the employee, and address any obstacles that may arise if the plan is implemented.
