Statement of purpose
Speed and perfection are the two things for which I always thrive. Computers have enabled us to achieve speed and perfection at the same time for any task. How to perform each and everything in an optimized manner and with detailed perfection is the question which comes to my mind while working on the computers. Vast reach and utility of the computers has inspired me to opt for Computer Science for my career. The journey in this field started in school time where I learned BASIC, PASCAL and LOGO. My curiosity about how things happen and how efficiently we can make them happen along with the 94.57% and 9th state rank in 10th standard allowed me opt for science stream in 12th standard. My hard work in 12th standard was rewarded by 92.20% and a 10th state rank. The consistency and quality of the scores permitted me to pursue my interest of understanding the field of computer science in one of the best universities of our state.
With guidance and support of the top class faculties at my college, I imbibed each concept in detail along with its real time application .The more I delved into the subjects, the more it fascinated me. The subjects which attracted me the most were Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Network Security, Databases and Analysis and Design of Algorithms. The most attractive of all were the programming languages like Java and C++ which enabled me to implement the concepts and come up with some projects. I successfully cleared the C2C (college to career) exam focusing on the proficiency in C++ language , which was conducted by government of Gujarat and TCS(Tata Consultancy Services).
I believe in combining multiple things and create something better and innovative by capitalizing upon the capabilities of various involved things.
