Human Resources Management is not just a responsibility in a sheltered office where a division sits that has some negative and positive traits in fact it is a lot more than that. HMR gathers and maintains labor, employment and operations laws that the business runs under to stay put compliant in this fanatical world. Stuff modifies continuously concerning labor laws; an important piece that every company needs to survive. Through this paper, I will discuss and explain the meaning of Equal opportunity employment, Affirmative action, Human resource development, Human resource planning, Human resource recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Labor relations, Safety and Health, Employee and labor laws. I will discuss and compare it to my work place and how employers in companies use human resources management.
While we think of how human resources management focuses on equal opportunity employment also known as EOE, we realize there are many approaches to this conception, which makes things much more complicated. Hj8lEOE basically means that every race, color, sex, will receive the same opportunities for hiring practices, promotion possibilities, and religion. Wikipedia explains this as “Civil Rights Act of 1964 was the first federal law designed to protect most U.S. employees from employment discrimination based upon that employees (or applicant's) race, color, religion, sex, or national origin”. We also see EEO, which is Equal Employment Opportunity, the laws, the same as Equal Opportunity Employment.
