Premium 40’ wide RV Yearly
40ft wide Premium sites are rated site with full hook up to power, sewage, garbage, Wi-Fi and water is:
$3850/year (Paid in Full) *Best Deal

No Monthly Rates Allowed
Nightly Rates:
30amp, =$30 nightly with full hook up to power, sewage, garbage, Wi-Fi and water.
50amp =$35 nightly with full hook up to power, sewage, garbage, Wi-Fi and water.
Note: All campgrounds have free WIFI when working properly at about a 98% most of the time. You will connect to Durhamtown WIFI with no password required.
RV Park Rules and Regulations
Electricity:
1. Normal Consumption of Electricity for operating a Camper/RV.
2. Extra Power consumption for External heat, Hot tubs, Refrigerators and other appliances such as flood lights, etc. can be subject to extra power charges per month/year.
3. A/C and Heaters are to be turned off when leaving the Facility.
*Rates are based on Weekend Usage not Full Time Usage.
Water:
1. For Normal use of Bathing, Cooking and hand washing.
2. NO Washing of ATV/Bike/UTV/Trucks etc. at RV Sites or Campgrounds. Use designated areas to wash.
3. No outside Pools/Hot Tubs etc. without permission and subject to extra cost.
4. Customer is allowed to wash the Camper/RV twice a year on week days only when there is low usage in the...
