Five Key Elements of the Code
Boeing is a company that conducts business fairly, impartially, and in an ethical and proper manner, in accordance with the company's values and Code of Conduct, and in full compliance with all laws and federal regulations. The highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance are required of Boeing employees in performance of their company responsibilities. Employees must not engage in conduct or activity that may raise questions as to the company's honesty, impartiality, or reputation or otherwise cause embarrassment to the company. The values and standards of ethical business conduct is communicated to their employees, they are inform of company policies and procedures regarding ethical business conduct. To mention a few of the key elements, they abide by are as follows.
Integrity they will conduct their business following ethical standards, and by practicing what they stand for and preach.
Buying and Selling Securities Boeing provides guidance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations on insider trading and other securities.
Diverse and involved team. They value people regardless of race, religion or gender, they focus on their skills and strengths.
Proper Relationships with Suppliers
This is the manner you conduct yourself representing Boeing as a company it is the rules and procedures relating to business conduct with suppliers.
Recruiting and Hiring Current Employees
Boeing strive to ensure that there is not a conflict in interest when recruiting employees.
