George Orwell's Novel

Mariah Murphy English P.3 1/19/09 Book Report Section I George Orwell’s novel 1984 is one of the greatest depictions any writer has ever made about the future of government. Although his visualizations have not been entirely accurate, he voiced an incredibly deep and thought provoking opinion about the world that we live in. 1984 as a movie would be a great accomplishment for the industry because of the story’s message, popularity, and critical acclaim. Her strong sexuality and intelligence matches Julia’s character completely, and would give viewers a better understanding of Winston’s decision to plot against the Party and make a better life for himself. Edward Norton would best play Big Brother, perhaps the most important character of the book. Although Winston and Big Brother never engage in any type of contact, Winston is haunted by the image of Big Brother throughout his life....
