Communication is important because it’s the gateway to information if there was no way to communicate with anyone you wouldn’t know what is going around you also wouldn’t know what is important that need to be done communication goes a long way in this world is a key factor. You also wouldn’t know when to be to work what time, what uniform to wear or anything else everyone would be totally clueless to what need to be done or what has been done or where to be. In my case I shoud've had better communication skills also using common sense to inform my fellow leaders and others around what the situation was no matter how important I think it is. I should have communicated with my roommate a lot better to avoid this whole situation but at the same time he should have communicated better with me also. Communication work in many ways not just one way. Without communication I would have known what had happened and where my car was. I am glad that communication fell in to place or I would have never of known. I was glad that I was informed of all that could have happened behind his actions and also mine. Also what would have happened if he got in to an accident and hurt someone or himself. I have learned that having good communication skills is a key fact in finding out what is important. I have learned that im to have to start asking more questions instead of assuming what is right and wrong because half of the time it could be wrong. But I don’t know if I don’t ask. Communication is a skill that always has room for improvement. It is also important on the battlefield people can get hurt with someone having the just a little bit of bad communication. Like saying the wrong thing on the radio or telling your partner what s around the corner thing s of that nature you have to a great amount of communication.
