IT Org Chart
Maturity Model (p 234)
Centralized (Marsan article)
Usage of 4 delivery options (p 236)
Function Delivery profile (p 241)
These were the things I looked at but mostly page 236 and 237 and part of 238 and 239
I don’t know where to take the Marsan article in anywhere
Please add “keywords” where needed or any other “smart things she wants to see”
Also I if didn’t find a reference to it on pg 236 and 237 I didn’t change it like Logistics or Sales and distribution manager because I wouldn’t know what to do with it if I didn’t have the “future chart” from my mom so I thought I would just do what I would know without it and that is what is in the book and this 1 page is running really short.
Does anyone remember if it is 12pt font and 1” margins I thought she was strict about the format?
I have written down a double spaced executive summary so not sure if we want to do it that way instead (bullet points)
It is over 2 pages and it isn’t even done yet so not sure what to do. Talk to you at 7pm please have some ideas to help me
Also I can see if anyone has visio at work tomorrow to make the “future chart” because I don’t want to use the one my mom sent it me for future
Thanks

One of the changes we suggest are for the Web Application Development (see fig), under the Manager Portal, insource all the in-house developers to contractors. This way your staff is highly flexible and they will be on-site and able to work with the...
