Abstract
Good leadership determines the direction of the organization whereas understanding an organization’s culture is important and vital for the success of the organization.
This assignment seeks to understand and analyse the various leadership theories that enables the leader of Nissan Motor to motivate and change the organization culture that contribute towards the success of the organization.
After working together to complete this assignment report, our group has come to understand the importance of how a good leader through the use of correct leadership styles can contribute to the change of culture in the organization that eventually leads to the revival of the Company.
