PERSONAL QUALITIES
Working hard and do not waste of time. Reading books in my spare time in order to broaden my knowledge and exercise the reading skills.

Making plans in short-term and long-term, implementing study plans strictly too. I made a plan for my Independent Study; there are several procedures, such as the specific time to do the research and send out the questionnaires.

Summarizing my study regularly, especially the comments from teachers are useful for me. I can find out my weakness and improve my work next time.

ACADEMIC SKILLS
Have the good ability to search for books, book chapters, journal articles and documents relevant to my essay topic by using library facilities effectively.

Good preparation before lectures by using pre-lecture notes and downloads.

List the outlines in detail or draw a map before writing the essay; these can make the essay in good order.
