My Workplace Motivation
Motivation is one of the major requirements that individuals need, as we; all humans have to eat and drink to be able to live. We also need to be motivated to be Able to not just to keep going, but to live a meaningful and successful life. In addition, Motivation could do much more than just forcing people to make them do things. Motivation inspires people to complete their work perfectly with happiness, enjoyment, and satisfaction with what they do. On these days, many of the big companies’ managers and even small business owners are aware of the importance of keeping their employees motivated. Leading or working with a motivated employees will keep you motivated as an individual like them, also will lead to more productive workplace, then that will lead to more qualified and efficient products that will be leading those companies and small businesses to gain a better reputation and much more profits. In addition, expenses could go down too, when the number of mistakes goes down, then companies will not expense as much for nothing that could be nonprofit able.
The workplace that I want to talk about today is my workplace. Bank of America is where I work and I have been with Bank of America for over six years now. I have never thought of looking after what is better than the job I am having now. Bank of America is been great about keeping its employees motivated, the strategies they have in place could do much more than only motivating employees. First what I like about bank of America is the respect that they always carry for all associates whatever their job bands are. Whether, that associate is a teller with a job band eight, or even a back office associate with job band five, or even a market executive with a job band three.
