My Vision

Internal Employee Relocation Procedure
When it is in the best interest of the company to facilitate the relocation (six months or greater) of an existing employee or as part of an offer extended to a potential new employee, relocation assistance may be provided. Relocation benefits are NOT incorporated as standard company benefits and are deemed limited to be provided on a case-by-case basis. Prior to discussion and commitment, advance review and approval by the Executive Management Team is required for both relocating employees and as offers to potential new employees.
Duration '' Any assistance provided under the terms of this procedure will be provided within six months of the date an existing employee is relocated or within the start date of a new employee.
Company paid/Reimbursement '' Relocation of household belongings if approved will be paid by the company. Other approved relocation expenses must be paid by the employee and reimbursement handled in same manner and guidelines as reimbursement of travel expenses. Detailed receipts are required for all reimbursable expenditures.
Repayment Provision '' If the employee elects to voluntarily leave the company within 12 months of relocation, the employee is expected to reimburse the company for costs incurred in accordance to the relocation agreement signed by the employee at time of offer.
Agreement '' Employee will be provided with a Relocation Agreement that will set forth the specific obligations of both the company and the employee. Such agreements will be approved and provided to the employee within 10 days in advance of the relocation or as part of offer letter for potential new employees.
