I've recently made some progress on exercise and have been attempting to work out more often then I used to at the beginning of the semester so I'm glad that I am working on accomplishing one of my goals that I set a while back. The second biggest accomplishment I made is not eating out at fast food restaurants as much as I did throughout the fall semester.
In conclusion I believe that I will and have already benefited from taking this course and also will be aware of my...
