The main characters in this story are, Bobby Pendragon, Spader, and of coarse, Uncle Press. Bobby Pendragon is now the complete opposite of a fairly normal fourteen-year-old high school student. He travels from territory to territory saving them as they come to a huge breaking point. He also travels with his favorite cool Uncle Press, who periodically teaches him things about being a traveler. Spader is the friend Bobby makes on his journey. At first he doesn't know it, but he is the traveler from Cloral. Nattay-do is also a phrase used in this book. It means something bad or a problem. Sniggers are red drinks on their world. It is way sour and "natty-do" at first but then it turns sweet and "hobay-ho". A zinger is a jet ski like thing that goes...
