Introduction
Pakistan is located in Southern Asia, bordering the Arabian Sea, between Iran and Afghanistan on the west, India on the east and China on the north.1 Islamabad is the new capital city of Pakistan (after Karachi) since 1960s.2 On 11th May in the General election of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif became the 18th Prime Minister of Pakistan.3 The total Area of Pakistan is about 796,095 sq. km. The Population of Pakistan is 193,238,868 (July 2013 EST.) 4





Birth Rate
The birth rate of Pakistan is 28 per 1000 people (2011 est.).5. It is 69th in the world in terms of birth rate.6 In United Kingdom it is 12.25 per 1000 people. It is 161st in the world in respect to Birth rate. 7Pakistan’s crude birth rate has decreased from before. Its population density is 228.5 persons per sq. km. 8 Pakistan is also the 6th over-populated country in the World.9 Pakistan’s natural growth of population is about 1.7 %. Its literacy rate is 54.9 %10, which is low. In China about 95.1 % of their population are educated.11 And they spend about 2.7 % GDP on education.12 So basically because of lack of family planning and education their population is increasing. If they increase their expenditure on education then more women can get educated and will be aware of over-population and have a family plan.

Death Rate
In respect to death rates Pakistan isn’t that high. The death rate of Pakistan is 7.413 out of 1000 people (2011) and is 143rd country in the world in death rate.14. Death rate in United Kingdom is 8.8 (2012) deaths per 100015 people and in respect to death rate UK is 60th in the world.16 Its infant mortality rate is 4.4 children per 1000. 17 In Pakistan Child mortality is high.
