Dear Sir,

Toyota Corporation and all the subsidiaries have taken the initiative to contribute their effort in build up a harmonious society and earth through all the business activities that happening in each country and region that are planned and carried out by Toyota Corporation. All business that we planned and organized is based on the global compact guiding principles. (Toyota 2010)

The purpose of this letter is to give recommendation on improving compliance with two of the global compact principles which are principles 1 and principles 2. Principles 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and Principles 2 is businesses should make sure they are not complicit in human rights abuses. (United NationsGlobal Compact, 2009) The vision and philosophy made Toyota Corporation to become more successful to contribute to their stakeholders and host community.

Toyota Corporation has been done several contributions towards the host community. This contribution can be in the form of financial or the volunteer time of Toyota associate. These have helped us to make better recommendation after all the past experience.
