My smartphone is my real-time connection to the world. At the touch of a button, I can communicate instantly with my friends, see what crazy weather is coming, listen to music or watch TV and view a list of everything I’m doing for the rest of the day. Also, My smartphone keeps me from getting lost. It has maps of the entire world at my fingertips, accompanied by an automated voice guiding my every turn in real time. No more shuffling paper maps to find my destination. Without my smartphone, I would be hopelessly disorganized, lost, and clueless.
As for me, I believe that the mobile phone is the most amazing wonder of our world. It has changed our life, whether we realize it or not.
If we speak about advantages of this invention, they are as follows. In the first place, people use smartphones as a mean of communication. This device allows us to keep in touch whenever we want despite the distances. Furthermore, we can use it for education and fun. Everyday you can see a lot of people who read books, surf the Net or play games with help of smartphones. Modern relatives give mobile phones to their children of 6 years old. Parents feel less stressed knowing they can always talk to their child.
However, there are various negative aspects of using this tool of communication. We prefer giving a phone call to writing letters or even ace-to-face meetings. Some people think that smartphones are unnecessary because they never leave us alone. What’s more, these devices can cause some health problems due to their radiation, staring at the screen can lead to visual loss
To sum it up, I strongly believe that smartphones are a useful addition to our fast-moving world of high technologies.
