1. Schultz’s vosion was that he just wanted to open Starbucks stores across the United States and Canada with company’s value. It has never changed. It is just following the 1980’s vision. In order to achieve Starbucks’ vision, it improve business model, expand retail stores and going to international market. With the development of economic market, Shultz is continuing to change his ideas but Starbucks’ original goal is not change. The company’s goal and vision just wants to keep the business changing. The strategic mission will become new strategies. Starbucks want to get more experiences from customers.
2. Of course, business is war. In order to defeat competitor, Starbucks has to evolve with customers’ needs.

6. Starbucks’ corporate social responsibility strategy had 4 main elements: ethically sourcing all of the company’s products, community involvement, environment stewardship, farmer loans.
