INTRODUCTION
Globalization seems like a complex issue, which is the changing process of many positive factors towards the increase of society, economy, politics, competitive environments, culture, and finance among nations. It makes people to be connected among each other in many different ways. Globalization has many aspects which can be considered to be related in our lives. Consequently, nobody can define it completely. For example, a fable about five blind augurs with the elephant, each of them touches per parts of the elephant then they only judge about one thing they can feel. In recent time, globalization has caused severe controversies.
Along with rapidly developing of globalization, a new concept has appeared, called global strategic management. This is a combination of strategic management and international business that change all operations in a company to be suitable with globalization environment.
