Team Performance
As week three begins the first project is assigned to teams. To prepare for this project the class has taken self-assessments to get a better understanding of each person's personality. There were three assessments the class had to take. There was the personality, trusting others, and listening skills assessments that were taken. From these assessments the individuals from each team are to explain how to use these results to improve team performance.

There are five people in each team but in Learning Team A there were only four people who participated. This is including me. In week 2 everyone took the personality self-assessment. This personality self-assessment gave each person a four word acronym that describes their personality and the jobs that were associated with that personality. These acronyms stand for; Introverted or Extroverted, Sensing or Intuitive, Thinking or Feeling, and Perceiving or Judging.
