Week Four team reflection
Week Four individual assignment consist of developing a performance management framework for your selected organization. Each member in team C selected the Landslide Limousine Company. We analyzed the job requirements and skills needed to effectively and efficiently perform the job duties for the Landslide Limousine driver. We identified the principles that are valued by the Landslide Limousine Company, then we discussed how these principles aligned with the organizational strategy’s. We also acknowledged strategy’s needed to identify skill gaps, how to address those skill gaps and how to provide effective feedback to the employees.

This week’s assignment consisted of developing a performance management plan for The Landslide Limousine service. The focus was to ensure that the organizational strategy aligned with the performance management framework. Landslide Limo organizational will be a small company with 25 employees providing luxury limousine service in Austin Texas. First I analyzed the job requirements and duties. There is no educational requirements, however all drivers must have clean driving record. The duties of the limo drivers are to chauffer clients wherever they are asked to take them. They must open and close the doors every time a client exits or enters the vehicle. The Limo drivers are required to thank the customer for their business at the end of each trip. The method that can be used to measure the performance of each driver will be a rating scale. Each customer will be required to complete a brief survey rating their experience. Once the survey is received the management will review it as well as call out to the client to thank them for their business and ask how their experience was.
