Over the years, technology has made a global impact on almost everything we do nowadays, from giving us directions and showing us where we should go by navigational systems, to streaming movies and television shows over the world wide web. But with all of this being advanced into the new age, does it also make people show little to no interaction outside of technology and inside the real world? Sure people can keep up with each other using internet sources of social media by messaging, and the usage of sending a text to one another by cell phone devices, but is it really the same? Back before the times when internet and cell phones were even thought of, friends and families saw each other usually on a daily basis by visits or in a meeting place, and in doing so they all got together and had discussions and did things together. Kids would spare their free time by going outside and have friends meet up to play outdoor games and be silly, but if it weren’t for technological advancements happening years later, things would probably still be like this today. These days, friends and families show little or no social interaction anymore, and their way of contact is usually by social networking, which is okay for the most part, but is it really the same? Plus, children of this generation show no interest of even taking a step outdoors anymore, and become distracted and occupied by devices such as cell phones, tablets, and game consoles. With all this being said, does this mean that people will be consumed by all these technical adversaries and leave no interest in doing anything with their friends and family anymore?
