Abstract

It is a fact that everything done under the sun uses some kind of measurement and each thing measured has its own tools and units of measurement. Students of psychological measurement must have a dated familiarity with psychology units of measurements and the tools used to perform these measures (Cohen & Swerdlik, 2010). Psychological tests measure psychological variables and because discoveries of these variables are widening every day, so psychological tests have given rise to more tests and testers being created. Not only do the tests measure personality, but also intelligence, job performance, brain functioning and so many other aspects of social and psychological functioning (Cohen & Swerdlik, 2010).
