1. Executive Summary
LAVA Lounge is a new leisure place targeting the cosmopolitan population of Cambridge. Being a place filled with international students and the study load they have we identified that there must be a place where they can have a relaxing time. So, from this experience we came to the concept of a Lounge. LAVA Lounge is a partnership company, managed by owners Subib K.C., Vinay Mohandas, Ahsan Awan and Dinesh Mallela. Our lounge will be located in Abbeygate house which is in East Road and plan to commence it by the mid November.
1.1 Mission
Our goal is to provide a comfort place for the cosmopolitan societies of Cambridge by providing different cuisines along with sheesha pipes at a very reasonable price.

1.2 Objectives
* To run a successful lounge place in Cambridge.
* To attract a minimum of 350 regular customers in the Lava Lounge in its first year of operation.
* Maintain an expected break even time period between 8-12 months.
* To generate a reasonable net profit by the end of the third year of operation.

Lava Lounge is a start-up business which is in close proximity for the cosmopolitan society of Cambridge. Our primary focus is for the customers to relax and enjoy their time through our cuisines and services which are mainly the beverages, sheesha pipes and different theme parties that we will be organizing on special occasions.
