The unknown Future

Everyone has a future. They may grow up anywhere or anytime. There are never two of the same lives. Whether you live in a card-box or a mansion, you will somehow make a difference, whether long term or short term, directly, or indirectly, you will always have a job to do. Your actions almost always control the future. Good actions have good results, while a bad action has a bad result. Now what do you want to do in 10 yrs.? A good job or a bad job, it’s up to you…
I feel that you must also have a role model to look up to. This person is your lifestyles’ backbone, the person your life is based on. Now, I’m not saying go get yourself shot if Martin Luther king happens to be one of your leaders, but try to gain personality, knowledge and good things from him. Try to extract the hard work and ethics of your role model. This is the purpose of leaders, good or bad.
Some jobs might not be considered as “important” as others, but each and every job is required. Yeah, a janitor isn’t exactly as respected as a bio-chemist or teacher, but is just as necessary! An office needs to be clean for a project to run or even start, right? So, we learn that no matter what you are, as long as you like the job, or treat it with respect, you will always be successful. Successfulness is to the emotions of the beholder- not anyone else.
There are always “variables” or so to speak. There are little things like your birthday or which teacher you have for pre-k. But larger, more important variables can drastically change your life- such as an abusive parent or a neighborhood filled with drugs and gangs. These can (and most likely will) alter your perfect life to a crummy beggar-like life you did not choose. Looking back, however, you might have already noticed that these things you have no control over.
