How does John Rawls Theory of Justice and The Veil of Ignorance Relate to Business

In the business community there are many parts that make the system work. However in the many parts they end up acting like a government you have the people at the top who make the rules/ laws. These people could be considered the CEO’s or boards or Vice Presidents of a company. Then you have the people right under them who carry out the rules that were made and tell others what to do and how to do it. This could be considered the management positions in a company. Under the management position in a company there are the workers/ employees. Where as in government they are the police or other public servants. Then there are the costumers or the civilians. In a business sense there is a veil of ignorance over the civilians this is because they really do not know what it took or how the product got to them. There is also a veil of ignorance over parts of a company. Some parts of the company will keep things secretive from other parts of a company so that they can keep things moving along. They do this because if they can get a service cheaper at one place than they can get the service somewhere else the company will do that. This is because they are looking out for their bottom line. However the part they forget to tell you is that they are underpaying the people who made it. This is just a socity norm that really should not be happening.
