Unethical or unlawful conduct in work environments usually results in damages, lost of trust, low integrity and low productivity. It will increase the risk and hazards on the part of the corporation and they become prospects of deprivation. Tyson Foods has had ethical cases brought upon them that include the mistreatment of workers, hazardous work environment, and the slaughtering of animals. This paper sets out to provide laws that relate to these cases along with alternative outcomes. There is not a problem if one has committed unethical acts by mistake, but the problem is when one does not feel accountable over that act.
Whenever an organization commits some unethical conducts, they become evil in the eyes of its customers and stakeholders. For instance, Johnson and Johnson Tylenol case when specific Tylenol medicine caused some people to die. It was not done intentionally by Johnson and Johnson, but they have to be accountable for that. Later, in order to overcome their mistakes the higher authority make an apology to the public for their unintentional act, plus they announced to bring their shipment of medicine back and vowed to the public to never conduct that act again.
The above example describes the importance of ethics. An organization, without ethical conduct remains at a declining stage, like Enron, a well-known organization of past, had reached to the declining stage because of the fraud actives done by their employer.
