About Us
Our institution has been established since 2001. In January 2012, we were awarded Highly Trusted status by the UKBA, which means that we can welcome students from all over the world, adding to our dynamic and ethnically diverse student body. The college offers high standards of teaching, and is located in the heart of North West London’s educational hub. Combining this with the high standards of teaching already established (We offer, in the words of our 2012 Independent School Inspectorate (ISI) report, “excellent teacher subject knowledge” and “small class sizes” which enable students to attain those grades so essential for examination success). If you are an international student who wants to study for widely recognised qualifications, being taught by subject specialists in small groups where you receive individual attention, look no further. London Brookes is the college for you. The college is on the main High Street, right next to Middlesex University, the Hendon Library and the town centre. Hendon Central tube station is 5 minutes walking distance and connects you to central London with all its main attractions in only 20 minutes. The main college campus is housed in our beautiful historic building which is situated in the centre of student life surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and transport connections.
Academic Features
Small Class Sizes We maintain small class sizes to ensure that each student gets maximum individual attention from our teachers. Subject specialist staff are often available to help with one to one support. At A-Level we aim to offer a bridge between the world of school and the much more self-disciplined environment of university. Homework therefore, is set and marked on a regular basis.
