I grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Fort Lauderdale is one of the best cities I've ever been to, there are so many different things one could do there.
It was so much fun growing up in Fort Lauderdale because of all the activities my family and I used to engage in. I remember going fishing almost every Sunday right after church.

Going to the beach is something almost everyone who lives in Fort Lauderdale loves doing. Florida in general has gorgeous beaches, but there is just something about Fort Lauderdale beach that is amazing. Hundreds of visitors come each year and you always hear them say each time, "Wow what an amazing place to live, it is like paradise here."

Fort Lauderdale has several delicious places to eat. They have a lot of seafood restaurants as well as Spanish food. There's nothing like some good Puerto Rican rice and beans with some delicious plantains and juicy chicken. That's a common dish you'll find in the Spanish restaurants in Fort Lauderdale.
